Resource Parent Association
- Sometimes the best resource for foster parents is other foster parents! WS started a parent group where parents can come for help and advice. We ask our parent association to tell us how we can do a better job. Some parents like to help us raise money to offset foster expenses.

November 2023 Pre-Service Trainings
Pre-Service Trainings are for prospective resource parents and those who would like to know more information about the process before applying. The trainings help to prepare resource families for what to expect when a child is placed in your home and how to handle the challenges that come along with fostering. In addition, the trainings give an overview of the support systems and resources available to help preserve placements and provide the best environment possible for the children in need.
The Incredible Years® Parenting Program
It’s Incredible! And Fun! Parenting is a lot of hard work! Join us to find ways to make parenting easier and fun for both you and your child. This training is for those caring for children ages 2 - 10.
